Cancel any time in one click. Here's exactly what happens to your plan, your credits and your clips.

You can cancel any time, in one click, from Dashboard → Billing. No emails to send, no phone calls, no retention hoops. Cancelling stops your next renewal; your plan stays fully active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then automatically moves to the Free plan. You keep any unused purchased top-up credits.
ClipDocker is a digital service delivered instantly, so payments are non-refundable. This includes partial or unused billing periods and credits already included in a period — plans renew in advance and clips are generated on demand. One-off credit top-ups are likewise non-refundable once purchased.
When you subscribe or buy credits, you confirm at checkout that you want immediate access and that you waive the 14-day cancellation ("cooling-off") right that would otherwise apply to digital purchases. You can still cancel future renewals at any time, as described above.
Clips you have already downloaded are yours to keep forever. Projects stored in ClipDocker are deleted on your plan's retention schedule (from 24 hours on Free up to 5 days on Max), so download anything you want to keep before you cancel.
